Satisfactory but could be great with a few minor changes

Bright, clean, spacious, central location

Needs a table for dining and could double as counter space as there is plenty of room. Kitchen area is tiny. Because of this it makes it difficult to dine in.

Comfortable apartment in ideal location

Ideal location, literally 3 minutes to the port if you are catching a ferry. but is also close to the vibrant streets of central Volos full of bars and restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable and had a nice view from the balcony, would have been nice to stay longer than 1 night.

Nice place in a central location.

Ease of access in a central location and spacious rooms. The property is close to all shops and amenities, as well as clubs and restaurants. We traveled by car and it was also easy to find parking nearby.

The property is located on the 4th (or 5th don't quite remember) floor and the lift to take you there is very small (so a family of 4 will need two split into two groups).

Good base for exploring Pilion

The location is very central and close to public transport and the port. There are lots of bars and restaurants closeby. Markos was very friendly and helpful. The property was well-equipped and spotless.

It might be a good idea to replace the chairs on the balcony which are not very comfortable. It was extremelly noisy on Friday and Saturday night.

Very central location, easy check in and check out, comfortable apartment for a small family. The owner was very helpful and kind.

It misses a hanger for the wet clothes. The bathroom and the kitchen were very clean and nice but the 2 tables were a little bit sticky.

It's a gem

Markos was so very helpful. Communication fantastic as were his directions to the apartment. Perfect stay before we catch the ferry just a shame we didn't have more time to spare.

Central spot, close to the port, very clean. Excellent wi-fi. Small but equipped kitchen. Parking is not permitted in the centre so plan ahead, lots of paid parking facilities around. Very good a/c and double windows.

The property is right in the center, next to the port. We were there for only one night, there is a pub bellow but when the windows are closed, nothing can be heard. The property doesn’t have parking but during the night, there are free zones, and are located in a close vicinity.

Location is great at the centre of Volos. Super clean and ideal for families with 1-2 kids. Mark (the owner) is very friendly and helpful. I have stayed multiple times in the apartments he owns.

Because the apartment is above the two busiest streets of Volos, it is a bit too noisy, if someone is sensitive to noise.

Good location. Nice ocean view.

First off all, the place is way over priced. The bathroom doesn’t work very good. The housekeeper is not responsible. Not much of help. When we stayed here he wasn’t able to help as , for example- clean sheets and spare key. The door has a automatic lock , so be aware for the key.

Mark is very polite and gave us all necessary instructions for the apartment. It is very convenient, located close to the harbor as well as the sea front. The apartment is vary clean, well equipped (TV, A/C etc) and it can easily accommodate up to 4 persons. I strongly recommend it.
