Το σπίτι είναι στο κέντρο του Βόλου δίπλα στην κεντρική αγορά, δυο βήματα από την παραλία με δικό του πάρκινγκ! Έχει γύρω του τα πάντα: φαγητό, ποτό , αγορά.Παρόλο που είναι στο κέντρο είναι πολύ ήσυχο! Πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο!! Ο ιδιοκτήτης διαθέσιμος συνεχώς και πρόθυμος να εξυπηρετήσει! Μας έδωσε το κλειδί νωρίτερα και μάλιστα όταν φύγαμε μας ειδοποίησε πώς ξεχάσαμε τον φορτιστή και μας τον έφερε πριν αναχωρήσουμε από την πόλη. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Λίγο δύσκολο να βρεις το πάρκινγκ λόγω πεζοδρομήσεων. Φροντίστε να συνεννοηθείτε καλά με τον κο Νίκο πριν πάτε.

Nice living room. Adequate breakfast items provided—coffee and pre-packaged cookies. Pleasant host. Very good location, close to many bars and main avenues. There’s also a small supermarket nearby. It seems to be near the university area, as there were many college students socializing in the nearby bars.
There is no actual bedroom in the unit. To be considered a true bedroom in architectural or housing terms, a room must have sufficient space for a bed and a closet (or built-in storage) intended for clothing. This unit does not meet those criteria.
Instead, there was a small area containing a double bed, separated from the living room by a wall and a glass door that could be closed for privacy. There was no closet, no space for a bedside table, and no accessible electrical outlets for a lamp or any other bedside needs. While this setup might be barely adequate for one person—or perhaps two very young guests who don’t mind climbing over each other to get in and out of bed—it was completely unsuitable for two adults.
Describing this unit as a “one-bedroom” is therefore misleading. Additionally, the bathroom was extremely small; a single person could hardly reach the toilet, which was tightly squeezed behind the sink along the shower wall.
