Great location, the place was comfortable and accommodating. They did a late morning check in for me which was very appreciated! The room was made up almost every day with clean towels which was nice to come back to.

My room was on the first floor and it felt like there was a bit of traffic going on around the hotel so I didn’t feel comfortable opening the curtains for most of the time. There was quite a bit of dust and dirt gathered on the floor underneath the storage part of the room.

The pictures look different than reality.

People at the reception were nice and location is okayish.

The room was not very clean, especially the bathroom. I found spider webs and the AC didn’t really get the room colder. Moreover, the reception is just from 7am to 6pm if I remember correctly and there is no isolation, you can hear people talking in the corridor, going in or out of the room etc.

Comfortable stay with no big issues.

Liked the layout of the room. There was a big wood plank area to put your backpack and stuff. Was clean and the towels were changed everyday.

Shower was a bit clogged. Slightly expensive but most accommodation on Koh Tao are on the pricier side.

Nice good value hotel room , spacious, near the buzz of Ko Tao. My room has balcony (if you’re not worried about the view) . Host is good and friendly. Very strong WiFi.

Anyone can access the rooms upstairs ie. not contained within the hotel secured gates/door. Need chain inside to add the feeling of being secured for female travellers.

We booked a twin room with balcony, no view from balcony just the hotel balcony’s opposite, not private. (See photo) Twin Beds Small and in my opinion not the best quality. Bathroom basic and in my opinion could be cleaner.

Expensive for the facility but okay location

The location was close to the main beach strip. Netflix in the rooms were great to chill and watch.

Mosquitoes is an issue here but they do have bug spray Shower water is also an issue as it isn’t hot Hairdryer you can ask for but must return after that one use Front door and reception close very early sometimes before5pm

Perfect stay, clean and perfect location

Amazing hotel in the perfect location, 2 minutes walk from all the shops/bars and only a 5 min walk through all that to the beach. Really clean, cleaned everyday and the staff are really lovely and make a big difference. Great value hotel

If I’m being fussy would be great if the aircon could get a bit colder, but it is certainly not hot in the room.

A perfect place place to stay near Sairee beach!

very clean, quiet and well kept hotel. The room was well equipped, beds were comfy and we were able to have a good nights sleep. the location was ideal - a few minutes walk from the main bars/restaurants on Sairee beach, but far enough away to not hear any loud music. We were doing a diving course, and this was the perfect place to stay. The hosts were also very welcoming and helpful with any questions we had.

Not recommended! Noisy room, sandy floor, unhelpful staff

Noisy room due to unmaintained air conditioning, staff denied change of room with the reason that "the hotel is 100% occupied" until we got a new hotel at other hotel and paid for it. However, the room suddenly became available once we informed that we were moving elsewhere and staffs lied to Booking.com that they already moved us even though that was not the case. We were refused refunds or any form of compensation. Not helpful at all. Room was sandy and did not seem that it was cleaned properly. No transportation to and from the pier. Think twice before booking!

Lovely hotel with amazing staff!

Really nice, clean room with smart TV and balcony which was excellent value for money. A super short walk from all the main restaurants and bars - ideal location, but slightly off the main road so still peaceful. The owner is AMAZING! My friend had a bike accident just after we dropped our stuff off (too early for check in), and she fully attended to all her wounds and cleaned her up, then helped us to check in early. She couldn’t have been any more thoughtful & caring, we really appreciated her help (especially with talking to the bike owner). Will definitely stay again!

Super friendly staff and great location - What an amazing stay!

Owned and operated by a local family. They were always helpful and super friendly, plus the room was very clean. I would even say it's one of the best hotels we've been while staying in Thailand for a month. The location is PERFECT, near many places plus it's not noisy at all.

Great location close to the busy areas in Sairee beach but far away enough to relax from the noise. Nice, friendly family that run the property and are very helpful. Cleaners were great also. Had a huge room, smart TV was a nice touch. Very comfortable stay.

Nice clean comfortable rooms with a big smart tv with Netflix, great on a rainy day which we had when we were there. Close to all the main areas, beach and restaurants.

Staff were pretty cold, read your booking as they do take 1000 bhat deposit against damages at check in. 3.5% credit card charge, was the highest we saw on the island. Had an early ferry so we asked what time reception opened, we were told someone is always there between 7/730, no one was, when we called and someone came they didn’t say, sorry to keep you waiting, they said we told you 745.
