Early checkout time, 10 am. This modest accommodation is overpriced as it is, so an early check out seems like a cash grab- $25 charge if you request a later one, at 11

excellent location. beautifully decorated and clean.
Walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants.
was a little smaller than expected.
Parking was a little tricky, since we had to park on street, but we found a spot easily most of the times.
