Absolutely amazing location in the heart of little Italy. Very clean, and the staff were extremely responsive via Booking.com messaging. Fully equipped kitchen, AC and heating, plus a washer and dryer.
The apartment is extremely noisy. You can clearly hear the street outside, including people talking as they walk past. Noise from inside the building is just as noticeable: guests entering, every step from the apartment above as the floor creaks, and even running water. It is also very cramped — you have to squeeze past the wall-mounted TV just to get to the other side of the bed. Extra check-in step via their website is mildly annoying.

Close to Tennis stadium, restaurants close by.
Small rooms, limited and hard to find parking spot. Expensive for one night since you need to pay for high cleaning fees, a hotel is better for a single night.

Excellent emplacement -tout est à proximité : restaurant, épicerie, boulangerie.. dans un quartier charmant.

Fantastic location, very clean room and useful supplies in kitchen (with an excellent espresso machine).
When I arrived, my code to enter the room didn't work. I called and the person told me I had not provided my identification, which was not accurate. They were able to correct the mistake. The blind fell down while I was there and I had to hang a sheet over the window because it was at street level. The faucet in the bathroom sink leaked.
