Service à la clientèle super. J’ai eu un problème avec ma télévision et ils sont venus la changer dans la journée. À chaque fois que je posais une question, on me répondait rapidement.

Il manque d’équipement, pas de grille-pain ni de micro onde. Ça manque.

stylish and newly renovated small building with a free washing machine and dryer in basement suite convenient for long professional stays. the unit is comfortable, well equipped and very clean.

the unit is smaller than expected, essentially a hotel room and it is not possible to use the kitchen corner outside a quick breakfast ( even the toaster triggers the fire alarm ! ). The building was very clean upon arrival but then there were some issues with the cleaning team and the staircase was left unkept for a week. Nothing terribly unpleasant but still … There are also many small units ( Dens) in this building so quietness depends on people behavior. When the neighbor above decided for a heavy work out on an early Saturday morning then you are done sleeping .. ( it happened)

L'appartement était parfait. Je ne savais pas que je serais logée au troisième étage... sinon je ne l'aurait pas pris l'appartement. Vous devriez laisser à vos clients des suggestions de stationnement tout autour. J'ai eu une contravention 5 minutes après être arrivée. Les bouchons d'oreilles que vous laissez donne à penser qu'on ne dormira pas de la nuit à cause du traffic. .

Et SURTOUT: JE NE COMPRENDS PAS QU'AU QUÉBEC ON NE PUISSE PAS ÊTRE SERVI EN FRANÇAIS!!!! C'EST INADMISIBLE....
