Our apartment, only accessible by the stairs, is perfect for families looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay in Montreal. The apartment is located in the lively Little Italy neighborhood, just steps away from some of the best restaurants, bars, and cafes in the city.
We take pride in providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. From the moment you arrive, you`ll feel right at home in this charmingly decorated, professionally maintained unit. Our apartment is equipped with two comfortable mattresses, a fully appointed kitchen with high-end appliances, and a spacious bathroom. We also provide free Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a welcome starter amenity kit with fresh coffee and treats.
You will be in the heart of Little Italy, surrounded by some of the best restaurants, bars, and cafes in Montreal. Whether you`re looking for a cozy spot to relax or an exciting night out on the town, Little Italy has it all just a few steps away. The apartment is also just steps from the metro, making it easy to get to and from the airport, other neighborhoods, and downtown Montreal.
We have customer service available from 8am to 11pm daily to ensure your stay goes as smoothly as possible. All guests receive Caprina fresh goat’s milk soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, laundry detergent, olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee and sugar on arrival. If you need any extra items or services during your stay, just let us know - we`re always happy to help.
Parking in Montreal can be tricky. While we do not provide a parking space, we have free apps recommended in our guest portal after the booking is confirmed.
Please note we use a decibel-measuring device to protect against parties and rowdy groups.
Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.
To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between:
Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD
Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.
Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

2. Parties and excessive noise are prohibited at all times.
3. Smoking indoors and on the balcony is strictly prohibited.
Failure to oblige to our house rules can result in eviction or damage claim charges. If smoke of any kind is detected upon check-out, our penalty fee is $500.

Extremely clean and spacious (more spacious than expected, actually); great location near Michelin caliber restaurants, Jean Talon Market, and close to multiple bus routes to easily connect to the Metro system; comfortable beds and pillows; well stocked kitchen; washer and dryer were handy and appreciated the host even providing some laundry detergent, too; HVAC system worked great; very prompt responses and easy communication with property management team. Would suggest a making available an anti-slip shower mat or grip tape in shower/tub for guest safety.

The location was perfect as it was very near where a family member lives, but also so many wonderful establishments are also nearby. The host was helpful with providing needed supplies when we ran out. Easy check-in and check-out!

This property is very close to the Jean Talon Market, close to the Metro withl lots of dining options and was even close to the WTA tennis event at Jarry Park.

An issue was identified about my parking pass and an unauthorized vehicle that was located there since our arrival. Was very slow to take action! No flexibility on time of departure!! And finally, we're in Quebec, but the language of communication was only done in English!!!
