Austin was a wonderful host from beginning to end. The property is located in a rustic area near Franklin, TN. It was perfect for us, as our friends were hosting a party in the main property. Everything was convenient and comfortable.

Location was great and staff was very nice and accommodating.
Had to leave after 1st night of 3 due to family emergency and they were kind enough to refund one nights rental…we only used one of the 4 beds and didn’t use the shower.
Long list…probably great for guys but this property is far more run down than pictures show. Parking is tight. The Bunkhouse was only “surface” clean. REALLY needs a deep clean! Since most of the wood is raw/unfinished it’s all deeply imbedded with dust. Hard to convey with pictures. Fake plant in kitchen was gross.
It wasn’t pointed out that access was either a very narrow, twisting staircase or up/downhill. Again, great for a guys weekend but not right for us….especially those with limited mobility.

Our family really enjoyed walking around listening to the different musicians working on projects. Very cool experience!!
The mattresses in the bunk beds were a little hard but the room overall was great!

It was an absolutely beautiful location.
There was tree trimming and construction going on from morning to night. I'm talking 7 am to well after dark.
It was so incredibly loud, that I ended up leaving after 2 nights when I booked for 4 nights.
Working in hospitality for many years, I would have let people know what was happening.
I would've waited and visited at a later date. That was alot of money for me to spend on what tvey call a "quiet relaxing place to rejuvenate."
