About this apartment rental
Great and practical penthouse on the beachfront. Furnished. Maximum of 6 guests. Ideal for families with children. It will only be rented to families who agree to take care of it. It has a large balcony on the 1st floor fully glazed and a terrace on the top floor. The kitchen has access to the balcony which facilitates the service of meals. The double room with a bed of 1.50 and the room with two single beds of 90cm are on the 1st floor. The upper floor is accessed through a spiral staircase and the upper diaphanous area has a desk and two single beds of 90cm. The upstairs terrace has 40 m2 and the views are spectacular. It has two full bathrooms on the ground floor. The apartment is very bright, fresh and airy. The terraces are sunny all morning and the atmosphere is calm.
It is located a few kilometers from Valencia (5 minutes by car) and the city is accessed through a small section of highway. Privileged enclave for the proximity to Valencia. It has neighborhood store services 25 meters away and the Alcampo Shopping Center within a kilometer of walking distance. Next to the shopping center are the bus stops to Valencia, Alboraya and other nearby towns.
There are many bars and cafes and highlights the marina just 25 meters away with a great dock for walking and a sailing school with courses for adults and children. The urbanization has a private pool. Also, just opposite there is a basketball and soccer court and another public pool that organizes summer school activities for children, swimming activities and surf school.

The apartment is located on the sixth floor (top) and also has underground parking in a secure garage. Jose and Elisa went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our visit.....right down to photographs of the bus stop in Valencia so we wouldnt get lost! Several good restaurants in this 'little venice' complex. A very enjoyable stay.

Lovely Elisa greeted us at the flat and took the time to show us around with amenities for showers, laundry and a complimentary jug of water. The kitchen is fully equipped spices, sugar, olive oil, vinegar and coffee.
We were a family of 6 with my sister and our 4 teens. This place is by far one of the best we had during our trip for overall accommodations, close to Valencia , amazing views and lots of space with 2nd floor and huge balcony, outdoor shower. A favourite spot is dining room overlooking the beach, sound of waves & sunrises and sunsets for 6 amazing days .
The rooms are clean nice and comfortable. Although no air conditioning we slept well despite the heat wave while we were there.(July). The ocean allows for a constant breeze all through the flat.
Port Saplaya is absolutely our highlight of our trip. Even though we travelled for 3 weeks thru Alicante, Valencia and Barcelona. Port Saplaya is an easy bus ride or taxi (14 euro). We loved the tranquil and slow paced vibe with ice cream heladería, shops,restos pharma,mini market steps away or a 10 min walk to Al Campo supermarket.
Elisa gave us maps, bus routes to help with our stay. We felt like we were home away from home in addition to magnificent views from our own balcony. The beach is lovely across the boardwalk few meters & mostly locals and morning surfers. We were all sad to leave even with 4+nights in Barcelona to come this one has a special place in our hearts.Gracias por todo Elisa y José !! Xo

Fantastic apartment, all the ammenities, stunning roof terrace - perfect for watching the sunrise! Sea views with the beautiful beach on your doorstep. Great location near 'Little Venice', massive supermarket complex for all the essentials, lots of friendly little bars & restaurant selling fabulous Spanish cuisine & only a short taxi ride to the amazing city of Valencia. Our hosts Jose & Elisa were exceptional - really welcoming & could not do enough for us. Full of really useful information on the local area & always available should we need anything. Jose had bought 2 air conditioner fans for our stay as the weather was very hot that week & was another little touch that made us feel so welcome. We definitely hope to stay here again - 5 ***** all the way! Muchas gracias 🙂
