The feeling of being home. They emailed me and asked me what I would like to see at the cabin. I asked for a Christmas tree. I got 2 plus cut decorations through out the house. Definitely made us feel like he.

The hot tub and the fact everyone had their own bathroom
The gravel road leading up to the property was very narrow, and the garage was full of stuff cause there doing renovations
