Occupancy is limited to 6 guests due to well usage - The road leading to the property includes a steep grade (15%) and is not maintained by the state or any HOA. While the road is typically passable, in the rare event of a snowstorm, the steep incline may pose a safety concern. Access may require a 4WD vehicle, although even with 4WD, the road conditions could still be challenging. In such cases, parking on the main road and walking to the property may be necessary.
