We thoroughly enjoyed the views and the setup of the property (separate apartment below main house provided the necessary space for a family with a toddler from the rest of the party). It was great for our group and our individual needs. The pet friendly option was especially appreciated and the side yard area was great for taking them out!
We would definitely recommend upgrading the mattresses. That was the only comfort complaint from each party in our group. We also would ensure guests know prior to arrival about the narrow roads to the house and caution them if they have larger vehicles that navigating them could be a challenge. It did not bother us, but it did limit us to using one vehicle for certain activities.

Waking up in the upstairs bedroom with the view of the mountains was amazing! The cozy fireplace and hot tub was a plus to keep us southerners warm. Our kids loved the train and game room.
There’s nothing we didn’t like however wish the game room was heated as well.
