This is a recently renovated end unit townhouse- new furniture, updated kitchen/baths, and completely unique and charming style! Tons of great amenities!

You enter the property through a mudroom where you can store your ski equipment on the built in ski racks. Also located in the mudroom is a combination washer/dryer for your use. First floor has a fully equipped kitchen with both a keurig and regular coffee pot. Condiments and basic cooking essentials (Oil, cooking spray, sugar, flour, spices) are provided.
The couch in the living room pulls out to a full sleeper sofa. Roku smart tv with premium
cable including HBO/STARZ. Upstairs houses three bedrooms with brand new upgraded hybrid mattresses. Unwind from a day full of skiing or other activities in the Master bedroom that has a queen bed and full bathroom attached. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third room has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom, twin on the top and a trundle. Another full bathroom services these 2 rooms.
***Pets are welcomed with approval and pet fee.
***Free parking right in front of the house. 3 car max. Parking is monitored via security cameras with live visual and audio feeds.
***BUNK BEDS
TENANT/STR RENTER is advised that:
1. Only one person should be allowed on the top bunk at a time, and there should be absolutely no horseplay on or under beds.
2. Kids and toddlers under the age of 6 should not be left unattended in a room with bunk beds or be allowed to use them.
3. Never hang any items such as belts or jump ropes to any part of the bunk bed, as these can pose a strangulation risk.
4. Always use a sturdy ladder to enter and leave the top bunk. Never play on the ladder and keep it free of toys, clothes, and other clutter.
5. Keep the area around the bed free of dangerous objects.
TENANT/STR RENTER agrees to use the bunk bed at his/her own risk and to hold the LANDLORD harmless for any damage and/or injury caused by TENANT’s said use of a bunk bed. TENANT shall be liable for any damage caused to the bunk bed.
***Charges for violation of rules/mistreatment of the property:
-Smoking/Vaping air purification and removal of malodor to linens etc.-$250
-unauthorized pets-$300
-noise violations-after 1st warning reservation will be canceled no refund
-parties-immediate cancellation of reservation no refund
-additional cleaning charges due to excessive mess/untidiness-$100/hour
- failure to check out by 11am will be charged at 50.00 USD per hour. -tampering with security cameras- cancellation of reservation no refund
