This newly constructed apartment in the heart of Ellicottville is within walking distance to dining, shopping, and entertainment. This airy unit has 3-bedrooms across 2,000 square feet. Upon entry, you'll find a spacious full kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (full refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave) and bar seating for 6. This open concept kitchen/living space also features a dining area, living room with fireplace and a pull-out full sized sleeper sofa. Beyond the living room, the first floor of this apartment has a bedroom with 2- queen sized beds and a full bathroom. Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms, each with a king sized bed, an additional sleeping area with a twin daybed and a twin trundle bed below, and two more full bathrooms. There is a lockable exterior storage closet just outside the main entrance and off-street parking is included. Wifi and DirecTV are included in the unit. By Law: Sales tax (8%) and Occupancy tax (5%) will be added at checkout.

Our stay at the Eville Lofts was fantastic! The location is excellent as you can walk to everything in town. We stayed for a full month and had tons of room for a family of 4 with 2 preteens. We were able to use laundry facilities on-site which was a huge help. We will stay here again.

The location is so close to town. Perfect if you plan to walk everywhere. Super clean, modern, love that the 3 bathrooms adjoin the bedrooms but also have doors to the common areas so they can be private or shared as desired. The Property manager was very accommodating with the best directions. Would totally choose to stay again.

Ellicottville lofts is a new & great place to stay in Ellicottville , NY . you are a 3 minute walk to the center of town and less than 10 minute drive to holiday valley . this is the 2nd time staying in Ellicottville lofts and lofts are in new condition . plenty of sleeping space and TV's have directv ( I would say 1 step up from basic subscription ) but TV's do have apps as amazon video . so if you enter your log in info you can watch , buy , rent movies thru your amazon account. also wifi internet. truly a great place to stay.

ELLICOTTVILLE LOFTS IS A NEW AMAZING PLACE TO STAY IN ELLICOTTVILLE,NY . 3 MINUTE WALK TO THE ELLICOTTVILLE BREWERY WHIC IS THE CENTER OF THE VILLAGE. WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK AGAIN
