About this house rental

Fox Ridge Townhomes are located within Holiday Valley, the premier destination ski, golf and conference resort of Western New York. No need for a car once you arrive for this vacation!

The townhouse features cathedral ceilings, big bright windows throughout to let you enjoy the GREAT view of the ski hills or golf course. Relaxing set up; complete with flat screen TV, free wireless internet service, and a woodburning fireplace for complete apres ski or chill out time. For our summer guests, the unit is fully air-conditioned for your comfort.

Walk down (or shuttle) to the Clubhouse Chalet and base of Mardi Gras and Cindy’s lifts. RENTAL INCLUDES USE OF A SKI LOCKER IN THE MAIN LODGE. This makes walking down a breeze! In addition, families with young children will love the close proximity to the Creekside Lodge Children's Ski School and the Day Care Center.

In the spring, summer, and fall seasons you are only steps away from the pro shop and 1st hole of the beautifully renovated Double Black Diamond Holiday Valley Golf Course. For the more adventurous, there are lots of fantastic mountain biking, hiking trails, a high ropes course, a mountain roller coaster, and a short 20 min drive to the Seneca Alleghany Casino in Salamanca, NY. Families will not be disappointed by the new $1 million 3-pool complex located adjacent to the Clubhouse Chalet. The complex features a toddler pool, a lap pool and an activity pool with a slide and diving board and is beautifully landscaped with several multi-tiered sun decks. There is a daily fee to use the pools.

If complete relaxation is in store, stroll to the prestigious Tamarack Club and enjoy ‘Oasis Spa’ and ‘Edna's’ restaurant and lounge.

I stayed here with two couples and we had a great time. It was clean, well stocked, and had a cozy living room with lots of couch space. We loved that we could see the slopes from the window. It was close enough to walk to the main lodge (not in ski boots though!).

We spend the weekend with our family (4 adults & 4 kids) for skiing at Holiday Valley. The condo was cozy and comfortable and had all we needed for a quick stay. The location was excellent being just past the overflow parking for Holiday Valley so making a quick drop off in the mornings very easy and the private ski locker at the lodge allowed us to leave our gear at the end of the day. Host was very accommodating and was even kind enough to return/mail me home a piece of electronics we mistakenly left behind. Would certainly stay here again.

My family and I were lucky enough to find this condo for our Holiday Valley ski vacation! The condo was absolutely perfect! The location was great – we walked to the hill without difficulty, although we could’ve taken the shuttle if we chose. We had an excellent view of the hill and lodge from the back patio and the master bedroom. Best start to the day – a cup of hot coffee while looking out at a snowy hill and picturesque Lodge! Parking was easy, right outside the door. The condo itself was stocked with everything we needed and very comfortably fit our family of six! (could have accommodated two more easily) The decor of the condo was warm, inviting and very cute!! The living area was perfect – we very comfortably had a hangout/game night and everyone appreciated the comfy and spacious seating! Check in and check out was easy! Our hosts were very attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. The ski locker was a huge bonus! We were able to leave our equipment overnight and had a central place for storage. I highly recommend this condo!!

Beautiful view and incredibly convenient! Worked very well for family of 5 plus 2 grandparents. Host was very responsive. Easy check in and out. Nicely decorated. Most beds were comfortable with nice linens. There were a few small cleaning issues that I let her know about. Would not recommend for toddlers - my 1 year old was a hazard! Stairs a bit difficult for the grandparents to navigate. Overall perfect for a friend weekend or families with older kids.

A group of friends and I stayed here for a wedding that was at Holiday Valley, it was the perfect location - walking distance to holiday valley. We found this to be a perfect fit with our group being all couples. The access to the basement was clutch. The communication, check in/out was seamless. The pictures do not do this place justice, we will definitely stay here again if/when we visit again!

We stayed at the property for a girls weekend. The view from the location was nice. It overlooks Cindy's/Fox Fire & Mardi Gra hills at Holiday Valley. There is a nice deck with adirondack chairs and plenty of beds/bedrooms and bathrooms for a few families to stay. Great location just a few minutes from town.

Renting the condo was a breeze. Easy in and out to Holiday Valley skiing. We went back to the condo almost daily for lunch with my children after their lessons. Impressive sites at night, as the slopes are lit up for night skiing.
