Start a fire after a day on the slopes and enjoy the TV, or gather around for a game night as this charming getaway offers guests plenty of board games to choose from. The private balcony is the perfect setting for your morning coffee as you soak in the breathtaking mountain views before a day of adventure.
Start your mornings off right with a hike at one of the nearby trails or walk the paved recreation path. Aside from skiing and riding, other options for winter fun include snowshoeing, Nordic skiing, and snow tubing, or you can take a horse-pulled sleigh ride through the snow. Come summer, there is no shortage of hiking and biking trails in the area, as well as horseback riding, fishing, golf, or rent a boat at the Dillon Marina for a day on the water. This home is within walking distance to the free, county-wide bus stop.

There are currently no operational hot tubs or pools within this community. However, the pool across the street on Tokay Dr. is available for guest use.
Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.
This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) Everything was good, but the high mountains and sunsets seen there made for the best moments. It is no exaggeration to say that it is the American Alps.

The location is a great home base to adventure from weather by foot or car. Awesome hiking trails right out your door (including some challenging hikes). Easy access to the Blue River and Ten Mile Creek for fly fishing.
The condo is a bit run down compared to other ones nearby and the kitchen could use a bit more silverware. We called the bed in the main bedroom a charcuterie board as it was rock hard. Regardless, the stay was pleasant.
