The main living area creates an atmosphere of luxury featuring an abundance of natural light and panoramic mountain views helping to create a welcoming and warm environment for all those that visit. The kitchen area features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a dining table with seating for 6 along with a breakfast bar with seating for 3. Just off the living room there is a private second story deck perfect for taking in the views and enjoying that fresh mountain air along with a second private deck off the kitchen ideal for enjoying a peaceful morning coffee. The living area is spacious and welcoming for groups of all sizes to enjoy the fireplace, views, or a movie.
Other amenities include a washer/dryer, complimentary cable and Wi-Fi, and a private garage for two vehicles. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, the home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels, and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

We had a great time staying at the house. The communication between the property manager was very good and helpful. We liked that they had all sorts of spices in the kitchen and that they allowed us to leave in the fridge unused and new food items. We hate to throw food in the garbage and we are sure that the cleaning crew would find a good use do them.There were some missing essentials in the kitchen such as can opener, a slow cooker which is great when you are on vacation and you don’t want to spend time cooking. Everything else was great and we would go back to this place next time we visit Colorado.

The entire experience was great! Very clean conditions, thorough check-in, during stay and check- out instructions. Nice pool, hot tub and game room accommodations. We would definitely stay again!

Nice place. Clean. Good amount of room. Keeping it from a 5 was kitchen tools. Coffee pot Fitted sheets wouldn’t stay due to foam mattress Good place though and great location. Would book it again. Also used the community hot tubs and sauna. They have a Led Zeppelin pinball machine and 2 pool tables. Unfortunately the air hockey had no pucks. The basketball game had no balls. New pool cues though.
