About this house rental

This gorgeous townhouse condominium was finished in February 2010. It has 4 private bedrooms and 4 bathrooms surrounding a fantastic great room, dining room, and large kitchen. Sleeps 10 comfortably. 2 car garage. For those of you with little ones, we also have a toddler bed and pack & play (in addition to the 10 regular beds.) The kitchen has granite counter tops and new stainless steel appliances. The great room surrounds a stunning stone hearth and over-sized windows provide breathtaking views of Buffalo Mountain and the White River National Forest. The condo has radiant floor heating for maximum comfort and a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience. It has a gas fireplace; secure wireless Internet access; cable TV with DVD player; stereo with iPod hookup; and humidifiers. New club house contains three hot tubs, a heated pool, a sauna, a workout room, pool table, ping pong, air hockey, arcade games, and racquetball.

We had an amazing time during this very snowy weekend. Our two families had a great time at the house. It is very clean and fully stocked. Beds were comfortable, but I do believe one of the bunk beds was creaky. We had an issue with the DISH TV (not the fault of the owner). He was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the pool, hot tubs and game room too. Thank you for a wonderful long weekend away!. laandsince

We had a great stay! Worked perfect for skiing copper, A-Basin and Breckenridge. Single rooms & bathrooms are large. Bunk room and bathroom are smaller but work. Kitchen had everything we could need. Hosts were excellent! We enjoyed the clubhouse, pool & hot tub. Bring lots of quarters for arcade games. Several were out of order at the time of our visit but still plenty to do. The clubhouse is a block or so walk or short drive. Parking instructions say to park in the garage or driveway-not in spots across the lot. We did as instructed and avoided issues but did see a vehicle next door that got booted so make sure you stay in the garage and driveway. This might be a challenge for 2 or more larger vehicles. Check with host-they’re very responsive! Great stay, would definitely visit again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Lots of room for the 8 of us. It was really nice to have so many bathrooms for getting ready. Easy drive to Breck too. Kitchen and rooms were well equipped with all we needed to cook and sleep. Really enjoyed the fireplace after a day on the slopes!

This is a beautiful property with great views. There was plenty of space for our family of 5, and we could have easily had another family with us. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans for cooking, and there were plenty of spices, ect. Did I mention the views? My husband and I spent quite a bit of time on the patio watching the sun set or sun rise over the mountains which was very enjoyable. I felt the pictures didn't do them justice, but pictures never really can grasp what you can see in real life. We did have a hiccup, but the owners took care of it immediately and we were grateful. We can easily see ourselves staying here again. The home is beautiful.

A wonderful place for our family of 5 adults. The views from the living room we're especially beautiful and the number of rooms and bed configurations were perfect for us. A little surprised there wasn't a deep skillet for prepping spaghetti, since the unit can hold 10+. And frustrated that there weren't curtains in all of the bedroom windows. Who wants to wake up with the sun when on vacation (with ski slopes just a few minutes away)?! The clubhouse was really nice, however it was disappointing that half of the video games weren't working (but took our quarters!) and the workout room had only a treadmill, small weight machine and some free weights available (most of the equipment was out of commission). The 3 hot tubs and dry sauna we're a big hit, redeemed the poor availability of the rest of the clubhouse amenities.

We had an amazing, deluxe stay! What a comfortable, well-supplied house. My cousin’s family of 5 (including grandpa) and my family of 5 had a terrific ski vacation here. The kitchen was well-stocked including staples and condiments, beds were comfortable, showers had great pressure. I really loved the extra luxury touches of radiant heat floors, gas fireplace and jacuzzi jets in the master tubs, as well as humidifiers in each room. We came home sore from skiing and felt enveloped in comfort. Lots of room for kids to play, and even some fisher price toys, matchbox cars, high chair, and toddler bed for the little guys. All 10 of us were able to sleep well without hearing one another. Remarkable home that we’d love to visit again. We stay at rental homes often and this is one of the most memorable excellent properties.

We recently stayed at the Hemmer's from Dec 29, 2018 to Jan 06, 2019. It was an excellent stay. We felt at home. The home has all the amenities you could want. The home was super spacious for our group. The three levels were perfect. During the time we were not out skiing, snowmobiling, or tubing, the children enjoyed the treehouse. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this home to anyone.

You cannot go wrong with Eric and Nicole’s home! 4 huge rooms all with their own baths including a Jetted tub. Kitchen stocked with spices and cooking essentials. We loved the humidifiers, such a welcome treat. Eric snd Nicole we’re both available quickly for questions. There was even a bonus toy trunk for a visiting nephew. Gorgeous views and close to everything including ski rentals, groceries, and Target! 2 car garage a huge treat! Will definitely book again!

We would have said 4 due to the construction around the place, but couldn’t blame the owners for that! Open, bright and clean. Well-appointed with just about everything we needed. Kids had a blast in the pool. Recommend bringing folding chairs to use at the free concerts around the area. And extra towels for the pool!

We all had a great time at this townhome! There was plenty of space and privacy in the bedrooms and bathrooms. All the essentials were clean and available. We had a 2 year with us and it was very kid friendly with toys, a toddler bed, and even a pack and play for babies! I'd recommend this home for a vacation to anyone looking for good location and accessability near Lake Dillion, quality, and room for many people. I'd book here again in a heartbeat!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hemmer’s Mountain Townhome. We had 5 adults and 4 kids and the layout was just great. Kids loved their own space on the first floor, complete with bunk beds and a full shower. (Parents appreciated the kids space as well). Washer and dryer was very helpful. The kithen was stocked with all the needed gadgets, cookware, utensils, etc. Bedrooms were comfy, and each bedroom had their own full bath. You can’t beat waking up to a full view of the beautiful mountains. Overall it was just a great place and the communication with owners was a breeze. We would love to rent this again!

We absolutely loved your home! It actually felt as though we were home, with so many wonderful amenities. The view of the mountains was fantastic from the large windows. The 'little' things made a big difference, such as humidifiers in every room, heated floors, heated garage, glove/boot dryers, more than enough towels for 10 people, and the kitchen stocked with more than just pots and pans... there were spices, oil, etc, things you forget about when you are at the store but are so thankful are already there when you start cooking. Even with 10 people, we never ran out hot water, and the set up with the bunkroom for the kids on the bottom floor was perfect for our 3 families. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a hot tub on the back porch... we definitely hope to stay there again on our next ski trip to Copper Mountain!

Numerous times during our stay did we mention how we were going to rent this place again! The views were absolutely gorgeous, and we loved the small outside open space where the kids played in the snow for hours while we could keep an eye out for them outside the windows. The space and furnishing were beautiful and comfortable, and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook for two families all weekend long. We loved how the bedrooms/baths offered everyone their own space. And, the owners were terrific and understanding when we left something behind and helped us take care of it. Thanks for an incredible weekend - we will be back!!

Situated on a mountain, this house has excellent views and just minutes from downtown Silverthorne and Frisco. Took us maybe 25 minutes to get to Copper mtn or Breckenridge ski area. One of the best parts this townhome was the amount of area for the kids to sled and play in the snow. Kept them occupied for hours. The heated floors throughout the home was amazing add well. With 4 beds and 4 baths, I would recommend this property to big families or large groups.
