Townhouse was very nice and accurately represented on the website. It was hard to tell online but the back deck is very small. Only big enough for hot tub & grill. There is another decent sized deck on the side off the side of the house on the second floor. Kitchen was well-stocked. Only downside is that it’s located right on a pretty busy street.

I have a mixed review. The property was clean and is centrally located to Keystone, Breckenridge, and Vail. The property is a bit dated, but comfortable. The property management company was responsive to our needs. I forgot to add the damage insurance and emailed them and they took care of getting that added for me. We also needed a few extra towels and washcloths. While the property sleeps 10, there were not 10 sets of washcloths and towels. They did promptly deliver more upon request. No extra towels were available for the hot tub so be sure to bring some if you plan to use it. We did a lot of washing of towels! This property did have extras like spices, extra toilet paper, extra paper towels, toiletries, hand soap, dishwasher soap, etc. that you are typically responsible for bringing, which was nice. My major complaint with this property is...while the listing says the property is dog friendly, there is an extra fee for pets which is not disclosed on the listing. When they delivered our extra towels and discovered our dog, they promptly charged my credit card for the daily pet fee. In their defense, if you check the box "I am traveling with pets" when you book, the price of the rental does change. In my defense, the pet fee is not listed as a separate line item like every other fee. You have no way of knowing there is a pet fee unless you attempt to book the listing both ways. At the time the condo, was booked we had not anticipated traveling with pets so I completely overlooked the check box about traveling with pets and never gave it a second thought as we booked several months in advance. Since the fee isn't disclosed on the listing there was no way of knowing there is an additional pet fee. The only way I figured this out was to go back and try to rebook the property to see where I missed the pet fee. Overall, in terms of hotel ratings, I rate the property 2.5 stars out of 5.
