Near Beach & Golfing: Port Aransas Condo w/ Deck

It accommodates well for the group size we had. Back patio and balcony.

No smoking on property & parking was horrible. Parking situation is unavoidable with a larger group of people. I don’t smoke in my house and wouldn’t smoke in anyone else’s, however, I don’t want to have to leave the property just to have a cigarette. With a balcony and back patio it should be an option. My problem I guess.

We went for Texas Sandfest. The shuttle for the event was right next door to us. Made it so easy to go back and forth. The condo was exactly as described. It was perfect for our group of 8. The host was very accommodating when I reached out to him. The whole weekend turned out perfect!

The address is posted as unit 9b. We could only find unit 9. Came to find out the "b" is for building b. There are 3 buildings, but the unit numbers run consecutively from one building to the next. There was only one unit 9. That was confusing.

Great area not to far from the beach. Spacious 4 bedroom 3 bath condo. Love that it has 2 living room areas just adds extra room. Kitchen was fully equipped which was a plus.

The parking situation. One way in, same way out! Limited pots and pans to cook for 8 people. Had to remove 6 months worth of ashes from the bar-b-que pit before using. Drain in upstairs tub was clogged up. Instructions said we were staying in unit 9b, there is no unit by that number. Instructions to open the garage don’t work, we were lucky to find a garage door opener behind the front door. No exterior lights worked No Parking Signs on part of street designated for parking. TV remotes were nasty filthy and no batteries
