Featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, this beautifully appointed retreat is perfect for families, couples, or friends seeking an elevated beachfront experience in Port Aransas.
Located within the premier Aransas Princess resort, guests enjoy two resort-style swimming pools, including one seasonally heated pool with an adjoining hot tub, tennis courts, bocce ball, cornhole, private beach access via the boardwalk, beautifully landscaped grounds, and a 24-hour front desk. Adjacent to the Palmilla Beach Golf Club and conveniently located in Port Aransas` golf cart-friendly area, you`re just minutes from local restaurants, shopping, fishing, and island attractions.
Inside, the spacious living area is filled with natural light and thoughtfully furnished with comfortable coastal décor, making it the perfect place to gather after a day on the beach. Floor-to-ceiling Gulf views and a large flat-screen TV create an inviting space for relaxation.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, while the dining table comfortably seats six, with additional seating for three at the breakfast bar. A full-size washer and dryer provide the convenience of home.

Parking: This unit includes one reserved garage parking space, with additional outdoor guest parking.
Important Notice:
Guests have full access to the penthouse interior, the private main-level balcony, and all Aransas Princess resort amenities.
The rooftop balcony is permanently closed to guest access and is not included with this rental in accordance with Aransas Princess property policies. No exceptions.

• Booking guest must be present at check-in (no exceptions without prior approval)
• Maximum occupancy strictly enforced
• No parties or events allowed
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• No smoking of any kind, including on balconies
• No pets allowed
• Parking permits are required for all vehicles
• Wristbands required for use of amenities
• Follow all pool & property rules (no glass allowed in pool areas)
• Use designated beach access and rinse off sand before returning
• Return keys to the front desk at check-out (lost/unreturned keys may incur a fee)
• Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay

This beach property was lovely. Our family enjoyed the spacious condo and easy access to the beach. The unit was clean and comfortable. We hope to enjoy it again next fall. Thank you.

The accommodations were perfect. The staff was excellent. The only problem was no heated pool. We picked the location because it says heated pool.

We came to this place because my sister lives in Austin and we wanted a Family Vacation, since we have not had one in a very long time. We did love this place, however in the room with 2 beds we thought they were full size beds when we got their we were shocked to see them as twin size beds. My mom was going to share a room with my daughter who is 2 and She was not happy to be sleeping in a twin size bed. We would have not stayed here had we known that these were twin size beds. We will not be picking this room the next time because of the size of the beds. Other than that we all had a great time! This room was beautiful and everything was very clean.

We had a great visit however the pro poetry pictured was NOT where we stayed. We were told that the property we thought we rented and the one pictured was unavailable due to an air conditioning mishap, when in fact there were people actually staying in the rental. We were extremely disappointed with that. Just be honest.
