It was relatively close to everything we needed. Comfortable, plenty of parking for visitors. The maintenance crew responded within 24 hours of complaint.
Couldn't use the shower in the master bedroom the first night, and the pots and pans could use a replacement; but it's understandable. There should be a curtain or some sort of cover over the balcony door in the master.

Outside was sketchy but inside was very cozy. Didn't read reviews prior but was pleasantly surprised and the photos accurately depicted the room. The building itself is dated but felt as though it was an excellent accomodation for the price.
It may help to add more televisions. Also, there was a bone found behind the bed in the room that had double beds. Although you can tell everything had been cleaned and freshly vacuumed, it was alarming to my children.

Television would not hookup to internet the whole time we were there Could not even get local channels,

Location was good and not far from New Orleans!
It was very dated and quite frankly was not very clean in areas!
