Relax indoors and out at the Sea Knoll, a lovely, custom home with a wrap-around deck that brings fresh outdoor space and Pacific breezes to your next stay in Seaside! You’ll enjoy light coming through the many-paned windows throughout the home, but also a comforting sense of enclosure from the fenced yard. Located a stone’s throw to the Necanicum River and just across the street from the Seaside Museum, Sea Knoll is also two short blocks to the prom and beach, and easy walking distance to dining and shopping in the heart of downtown.
You and your guests will love the cozy living room, with its fireplace, plush seating and TV/DVD—the white-washed paneling and plank ceiling is further brightened by skylights and sweet farmhouse detail in the dining room and fully equipped kitchen. One main-level bedroom has comforting, nostalgic sweetness, along with two upstairs bedrooms tucked up under the eaves with a half bath.
The covered deck that encircles the house brings you Adirondack seating, a charcoal grill and, extending space for entertaining and enjoyment. Walk to the beach for miles and miles of sandy beachcombing, or stay up on the prom and stroll to the middle of town as you admire the coastal view. Shops, restaurants, activities and fun galore will keep you plenty busy downtown, or hop in your car to explore Cannon Beach and Astoria. You’ll be glad to return to the privacy of the sweet Sea Knoll at the end of the day, with a good night’s sleep before your next day of coastal adventure.

Such a wonderful location. Close to the main strip but far enough away that it was qiuet.

Very clean and cozy home. Hot tub clean and private. Close to everything. Host very responsive. Couldn't get Netflix to work but that was probably error. However, it wasn't needed because we played games, enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. We definitely would stay here again!

Very close to the ocean and the Seaside promenade. Easy walk to downtown shopping and restaurants. Very cool property - one of the historic houses in the area. Great setup overall. One thing to note is that there really isn't a true "master" bedroom, but decent room with queen downstairs, another upstairs, and a room with two twins. We really enjoyed our time here.

This was a great place for me and my son to have a weekend getaway while we explored the Oregon coast and enjoyed the communities along the way. Coming home in the evening to relax in the hot tub in the quite serene neighborhood was a bonus. Will be back!
