Welcome to “The Gambrel House” a vintage 1970’s California architecture inspired retreat. If you’re looking for a weekend getaway from the city to enjoy some quiet time or a small campfire, this is the place! There is plenty of room for 1 or 2 families but still has a cozy vibe. Enjoy the large deck overlooking the lake or the side yard with fire pit.

the house had everything we needed. Te owner had provided places near by to visit and stores and restaurants near by. WE had a great time and will stay there again when we are in Georgia.

This place was very pretty and clean. I loved it! The house was awesome. The beds were comfortable. The only things I was not too fond of was the check out time and the water pressure. 10:00 AM is a little early especially when we could not check in until 3:00 PM or after. The water pressure in the showers were pretty low as well. Those were the only downsides in my opinion. Everything else was amazing!
