This modern mid century A Frame was built in the early 70s. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a deck, outdoor patio, two living areas and more. Enjoy the peaceful neighborhood and surroundings. Walking distance to downtown Pine Mountain and a few minutes walking, biking, or driving to Callaway Gardens (.5 miles). Nearby attractions include several wineries and breweries, FDR national park, the Wild Animal Safari, and more. ** Wheelchair accessibility: there is a ramp to enter the house, the one bedroom and one bathroom are on the main floor. This was the perfect house for our group to share, as it offers several bedrooms including a loft and downstairs bedrooms. The main floor is beautiful, including a high rustic ceiling, comfortable couch with smart TV, and a long dining room table. The deck provided a great respite as well and allowed some lovely outdoor time to take in the trees and ambiance.
