Great location

Location was perfect as it's an easy stroll to the harbour and town and we had no difficulty parking at the front.

Boiler was very noisy at night and if we'd had to use the parking space at the back it would have been very tight to get in and out of if neighbours also had cars there.

We had a pleasant short family break.

Location- walking distance to Poole harbour/marina. Well stocked kitchen and beds were comfy,

Noisy road at the rear, property was very warm and some fans would have been useful. Parking was hit and miss - one of the two allocated parking spaces used by neighbours.

Nothing we didn’t like. Kitchen would be a little small for a group larger than 4. Shame the outside table and chairs was not set out on arrival. Apart from that was a very nice house

Fan in the bathroom noisy, which you can hear in the smaller bedroom, along with noise from the hot water tank, which is in a cupboard right next to your head!

Enjoyed the stay, though we had problems with the accommodation in one over heated room.

Location is excellent. The house is clean, modern, small, but excellently kitted out.

Problems with one excessively hot and noisy bedroom. Checking in was much more difficult than it ought to be - eg we were asked to send passport photographs in a particular format - we found this almost impossible. There was a serious problem with sleeping on one room. (The other rooms are fine.). It was very hot weather, which added to the problem. There is a noisy road at the back, and a boiler in this room makes a continuous noise. In the end we had to sleep downstairs on the (very comfortable) sofa.

Great location for walking to harbour/quay but traffic noise is noticeable if you are not used to it

Nice touch with tea, coffee, water and full ingredients for a cream tea. Location great for Poole quay and the parks fir paddle boarding and dog walking.

It would have been useful for basic provisions to be available such as cooking oil and salt & pepper. Kitchen was well stocked with pans, baking trays and utensils. We hadn’t realised how close to the main road the property was so the road noise was noticeable using the bedrooms at the rear of the property especially in the night and early hours.

Very good

Very clean, well equipped, modern facilities. Very close to Poole Harbour. Convenient parking for two cars.

What was shown as a room with two single beds turned out to be a double, which was not so good for the two small children who had to share it. And there was only one rubbish bin so that splitting waste into recyclable/non-recyclable/food was impossible - regrettable when we're all trying to be more eco friendly.

The property was clean, quite, and excellent location for Poole quay

The one thing we did have a slight problem with was the parking outside the front of the house as a few times we came back and there were no spaces so parked at the back, the local residents said the parking was unreserved and anyone can use them but not major as we parked at the back !

Fantastic family stay with grown up children (20 and 17yrs)

Perfect location, beautifully decorated, very clean, comfortable and equipped with all you need for a home from home vacation. We appreciated the welcome package on arrival. Fantastic bars and restaurants only a short walking distance and Tesco express and cafe/deli nearby too. We would definitely stay again, we loved Poole and surrounding areas. The bonus of having Beryl bikes and Escooters nearby was a great and fun way to investigate the town. Thank you for our stay :)

Great furnishings & location

Well presented with cute artwork and finishing touches, good size. Loved the welcome pack & really great location, near lots of eateries & bars. Harbour was fab and cheap fun boat trips run daily.

Twin room was super hot as had boiler in, which was quite noisy all through the night. Dining picnic set falling apart would definitely replace this.
