Great weekend stay

6 of us stayed for a the weekend (4 adults and 2 children) and the place was just what we needed for a couple of days. Was very nicely decorated and clean, with modern facilities. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. Nearest beach area was only 3-5 minute drive away and is also within close proximity of a couple of supermarkets to pick up any groceries etc.

Having a few coat hooks downstairs would have been useful and having a hanging rail in the one of the upstairs bedrooms would help to hang up clothes. The garden area was lovely too so having a small bbq would have been great to use.

Kitchen was well equipped and tidy. Bathroom very clean and tidy.

Extremely poor to NO storage in all bedrooms. Garden had weeds and animal poo !! Nit as up together as described. Picture from wall under couch ??? Seating for a large house is sparse. Wires hanging out by TV, not good with children around. Fridge door often sticks

Not enough hooks for coats in the entrance or bathroom for towels and clothes. One issue was the free hanging cord for the blind in the 3 single bed room , these can be a danger to small children and should be fixed to the wall.

Lovely decor, clean and tidy throughout. Spacious bedrooms. Clean bedding and towels provided. Great eye for detail in terms of the interiors like pictures, cushions, plants etc. Lovely little touches like tea, coffee and sugar, loo rolls and cleaning provisions (including washing machine pods) provided. Well stocked kitchen in terms of glasses and plates and utensils. Lovely outside garden area, quiet and tucked away location. Great communication from the vendors throughout.

To be honest, our experience was wholly positive. This feedback is actually us being really picky as we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house. One thing in terms of locating the property - Initially we drove past it and took a while to locate the driveway (just by the speed camera is the best advice!) so clearer and more precise instructions would have been good. The lounge area was lovely and spacious but could have done with another large sofa as the chairs - although stunning - were not that comfortable. And a hot tub in the garden would have made our stay epic but now we’re just being fussy!!!

Overall would recommend this accomodation but very disappointed with the level of cleanliness.

Location was good if you had a car. 5 minutes into Poole, near to Corfe Castle, Studland Beach, Tower Park. Accomodation was perfect for a stay with friends and teenagers and had everything you needed even a washing machine! Outside area was a nice extra and bigger than looks in the pictures. The accomodation is all open plan so feels really spacious and socialable. Two easy access parking spaces. Washing line in the garden. Bedrooms felt spacious and hanging room in the kingsize room and double room.

There didn't appear to be much around in walking distance., but to be fair we were happy to stay in the accomodation in the evening and play games so didn't feel the need to explore. The cleanliness of the accomodation could have been better. There were large cobwebs in the ceiling of the kitchen and upstairs bathroom. The upstairs fan in the bathroom was covered in dust and the shower head needed a good clean as the water did not flow fully and rather trickled. The entrance door also looked grubby. Under the beds looked as if they hadn't been hoovered in a while. The outside area could have also done with a bit of TLC / weeding. The Kingsize bed was not a kingsize bed it was a double bed with an additional single bed in the room. The room with the 3 beds in does not have any wardrobe / hanging space.

Lovely place to stay, great location, perfect space for my lil family 👪 clean and tidy.

Only one thing to complain about was the garden needed to be swept clean as brought debris into the house. Other two gardens were really clean.
