Really well kitted out to modern IKEA standard and comfy. But …. It’s not in the village. It’s 10 mins further on in Upton off the suburban main road in a converted plot. Good location for Poole & Bournemouth but not rural despite 3 x new terrace cottage complex.
Location is disingenuous.

Location was excellent. Property very clean and facilities provided were great.
The cupboard in the smaller of the double bedrooms was impractical. Shelves or a rail need to be added.
Coat hooks would be a useful addition.

Kitchen was well equipped and tidy. Bathroom very clean and tidy.
Extremely poor to NO storage in all bedrooms. Garden had weeds and animal poo !! Nit as up together as described. Picture from wall under couch ??? Seating for a large house is sparse. Wires hanging out by TV, not good with children around. Fridge door often sticks
