(2 BEDROOMS WITH THE MASTER BEDROOM BEING A HYBRID BEDROOM WHICH HAS THE LIVING ROOM IN IT ALSO, EXTREMELY WIDE WITH FLOOR TO CEILING WINDOWS)
THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST REQUESTED AND UNIQUE BUILDINGS IN ALL OF MYRTLE BEACH KNOWN AS THE "PINK BUILDING" THIS IS A HISTORICAL LANDMARK OF MYRTLE BEACH AND THIS UNIT IS ONE OF THE ONLY TRUE OCEANFRONT UNITS IN THE BUILDING AND THE ABSOLUTE NICEST. WHAT MAKES THIS BUILDING SO UNIQUE IS THAT IT SITS RIGHT ON THE OCEAN(CLOSET HOTEL ON THE OCEAN) AND ITS A PINK HALF CIRCLE MAKING THE VIEWS THE BEST IN AREA. THE INTERIOR OF THE BUILDING IS ENCLOSED WHICH MAKES IT SUPER RARE FOR THE AREA AND UNITS ARE EQUIPPED WITH CENTRAL HEAT AND AIR WHICH FLOOR TO CEILING GLASS WINDOWS ALL THE WAY AROUND. ST CLEMENTS IS A WORLD FAMOUS RESORT WHICH HAS A GREAT WORLD FAMOUS OCEANFRONT BAR THAT IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC (BEST BEACH BAR IS MYRTLE BEACH) ALONG WITH A WONDERFUL OCEANFRONT POOL. ST CLEMENTS IS ALSO PART OF CARAVELLE WHICH HAS ALL THE AMENITIES SUCH AS LAZY RIVERS INDOOR/ OUTDOOR POOLS, HOT TUBS ETC THAT IS JUST NEXT DOOR. THERE IS ALSO A LAUNDRY ROOM AND ICE/VENDING BY THE LOBBY ENTRANCE
WAYS TO SAVE WITH ME
1)I DO NOT charge credit card fees like most on here – The Payment system charges us 3% every booking. Most owners direct that back to guest but I eat that myself
2) I DO NOT charge any silly administration or booking fees like most on here – Sneaky way of owners charging guest more money… I do not operate like that.
3)I DO NOT charge any silly damage waiver fees like most on here – Once again a sneaky way for owners to get more money…I don’t do that.
4) I have had the same linen/cleaning fee since the beginning of time for my guest…a SIMPLE 99 dollars. My actual cost for this service has rose over the past few years due to the demand and economy rising but yet I kept the same price for my guests as it cost me much more. On top of that I offer more towels then most rentals so once again I eat that difference in cost.
5) I have the minimum set up for refundable damage deposit at only $100 dollars which is refunded within 7 days of checkout. I have seen a lot of owners have it from $300-$500 and even more. Who wants to fork out that much money just to be held until check out, not me and of course I wouldn’t ask you to do that either.
Long story is short is no one wants to go to book a unit and see like 10 different random charges so I try to keep it simple as can be. (VRBO charges service fee which I have no control over)
Rental Rules and Regulations
1) Must be at least 21 years of age to book.
2)Check in 4pm
3) Check out 10am
4).Parking Passes are included. . Approx 8 towel sets.. Linens for all beds(beds are fully made also), \. As we all know , vrbo rentals(private owners/vacation rental companies) do not offer daily housekeeping and linens exchange but i do pay more to get my guest 10-12 towels sets instead of most rentals on here as most only offer 2 sets per bed.
5) I rent to families and responsible adults only. No house parties.

We will definitely stay here again. It is close to everything and no matter where you are in the room you can see the ocean. Very nice, comfortable beds, easy parking, and worth every dime!!!

Just returned from four-day stay at St Clements in Myrtle Beach, SC. The condo is as described, wonderful views and comfortable. Amenities were everything one would need for comfortable stay. The condo was very clean and our host provided us with simple touches that were appreciated. Would definitely recommend the condo if you are looking for beautiful views and comfort in a great location and easy access to surrounding areas. Thanks Derrick.

This unit was as it said in description, beautiful views from balcony, I could have sat there all day. Had my morning coffee there. The condo itself was very comfortable and clean. It had everything you would need for your stay. It would comfortably fit 4 people. You are just steps away from the beach.You are close to most attractions and tons of places to eat but Publix and food Lion are a few minutes away. Would stay here again. Had great communication with the owner

Bedspread had white stains on the underside, chair was broke, couch and throw pillows smelly. The view from balcony was nice. Bathroom ok, but toilet was plugged when we got there, but owner djd take care of that in a timely manner. Overall needs new furniture and bedding.
