Theresa was amazing. She was super helpful and tentative if and when we needed something. I am always paranoid about bugs and cleanliness but we did not have an issue with either the whole week. Unit was very clean, well equipped with everything we needed.
Only issue we had with the unit was one of the smoke detectors was chirping. But we texted Theresa and she brought us a new battery right away and fixed the issue. Amazing service!
