The Space:
Located on the 4th floor, you will find this charming ocean view condo. If you can’t keep your eyes off the ocean, step outside and let the salty ocean breeze greet you. Relax on a lazy vacation morning while sipping coffee on the balcony. Enjoy the spectacular sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean that will make you want to return again and again.
Inside, settle down on the sofa to take a much-needed load off. On the flat-screen TV, you can watch your favorite shows, so be sure to make late-night popcorn for your date night.
Whenever hunger strikes, head to the well-equipped kitchen to heat up some leftovers or pack a picnic you can take with you to the beach. On those days you decide to dine in, you can enjoy a romantic dinner for 2 that won’t break the bank as you enjoy the view on the balcony. If cooking isn’t your thing, enjoy a lovely night out at one of the over 1,900 restaurants of the Grand Strand area. After all, you’re on vacation to relax.
Come nighttime, cuddle up for a peaceful night of rest in the Queen bed after you tuck the kids into the 2nd Queen size bed in the living room.

A: NO - There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort fees. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay.
Q: 'Are bath towels and sheets included?'
A: YES – We provide sheets for the beds listed and also 1 bath towel and wash cloth per the occupancy of the property you rented. We do not allow bath towels to be taken to the beach, so please make arrangements for beach/pool towels.
Q: 'Is parking included?'
A: YES - Parking is free for 2 car. You will receive 2 parking pass per unit rented, which is limited by the HOA. We receive limited numbers of parking passes and then we have to purchase them. Please don’t write on it and return it to the unit before you leave to avoid a replacement charge. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot.
Q: 'Are there pool arm bands?'
A: MAYBE - Pool arm bands are only required during peak season. During this time, you should receive one band per person staying in the unit. Please be sure to provide an accurate count when booking or you may not be provided with enough. We receive limited numbers of pool bands and then we have to purchase them. Please return them to the unit before you leave to avoid a replacement charge.
Q: 'Do you allow pets?'
A: NO, sorry - Pets are not allowed at this resort per our HOA bylaws. However, we do currently rent 5 properties where we can accept small dogs. Contact us for more details.
Q: 'Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?'
A: NO, sorry – SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke or if we find that you have tampered with the smoke detectors to hide that smoking has occurred, it will result in a minimum $250 charge. Please be sure to read the entire rental agreement and house rules for more information about smoking.
Q: 'Are there pots/pans/dishes?'
A: YES - The kitchen is equipped with the basic items needed for cooking/eating. If there is some specialty small appliance you enjoy, please feel free to bring it along.

The Neighborhood:
We love this neighborhood just North of the upscale "Golden Mile" residential area. It is still Ocean Blvd., but it is out of the crazy traffic of the South end. It is still close to everything and walkable to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and Cane Patch golf. There is even a Starbucks a few blocks away. This neighborhood is just a bit more quaint than the other areas of Ocean Blvd with tree-lined streets, uncrowded sidewalks, and an oceanfront fitness walk. In our opinions, it is the perfect combination of resort (with tons of amenities) and relaxing vacation.
Getting Around:
For the very best experience, we recommend that guests have a car. There is so much to do that the freedom of a car is very nice. However, other transportation options are available. There is a bus line that runs the length of Ocean Blvd. There are also plenty of taxi cabs available - including a taxi stand at Broadway at the Beach in case you need a ride back from the clubs. Uber and Lyft are plentiful and inexpensive.
