As of 2025, this property has had all new flooring installed throughout! The LVP was removed and replaced with a stunning, wood look porcelain tile, truly enhancing the luxurious feel of this condo!
As you enter, you'll immediately notice the refreshed kitchen area, complete with brand-new appliances. With a refrigerator, stovetop, sink, and microwave, this kitchen is fully equipped for preparing everything from a quick snack to a homemade meal for your group. Please note, however, that there is no oven, so keep this in mind when planning your meals during your stay. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with essential cookware, utensils, dishes, and cups—everything you'll need to whip up your favorite dishes. For those days when you prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach boasts an abundance of incredible dining options, just a short drive or even walk away. Plus, many restaurants offer delivery for ultimate convenience.

Two full-sized beds provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 4 guests, ensuring everyone has a restful stay. Across from the beds, a large dresser holds a flat-screen TV, and a private closet provides extra storage space for your belongings.

We needed a small condo near the beach in this part of town for our son's basketball tournament. This location was perfect for my husband, my daughter, and me. It is just steps from the beach and the space was all we needed. My daughter enjoyed the access to the pools and I enjoyed the easy access to the beach. The kitchen was all we needed, but if you're expecting to do heavy cooking, you'll probably find it limited. I would recommend the property owner replace the couch and kitchen table as while the rest of the space had been updated, these had not.
Overally, great spot for a small group.

My family (4 adults, 2 children) stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect for us! All beds were very comfortable. We cooked four meals and everything we needed was there. Location is perfect. Just steps to the beach. The pools, kiddie pool and lazy river next door was very nice to have access to. There was two beach chairs in the room, it wasn’t listed in the information so that was a nice surprise. The only issues we ran into was that we couldn’t get the TV in the bedroom to work (could have just been user error, but we really didn’t need it) and there was not a change machine in the laundry room, so definitely bring your own quarters! My only other suggestion would be to have a vacuum in the room, only because there are rugs and it’s hard to sweep sand out of a rug. Would definitely stay again!
