Stunning views

Stunning views from the balcony, well-equipped apartment with good air conditioning in all bedrooms and Living room. Washing machine and dish machine a big plus. Big rooms with lots of space. Clean and nice! Good tennis court and big pool (availability could be better).

Tennis booking was difficult due to language barrier and /or limited hours, and we did not get to use the court as much we had hoped. Booking and lock could be digitaalised? Pool hours could have been longer as well. The electricity went off and we could not get help late evening, being without electricity the whole night. We watched the instruction videos and Naighbours tried to help as well but we did not find the fix. Some food in the fridge was ruined due to this. We only got help in the morning then. No one apologised the inconvenience.

Stunning view and nice, big apartment

The view was stunning and the location is perfect to visit the region. The apartment was big and the beds were good. the swimming pool is also really nice.

I did not like the 'automatic' service. all messages via whatsapp were via an automatic message system and when I had questions I never got a real answer, only the automatic messages. We asked for a baby bed and this was still stored in the closet in between old mattresses. So not really customer oriented.

The apartment is in a good condition and the views stunning! The apartment has a high chair and crib (not sure if it has a matress though), washing machine and dishwasher, all these were great bonuses for us.

We had a few minor problems during our stay - the electricity network is not strong enough for two electric appliances to work at rhe same time, and twice there was a power outage. The host was available by phone fortunately and helped us. Another problem was too few accessories for a stay of five nights - we received only one kitchen towel, two dishwasher tablets, only a small bottle of dishwashing liquid. The kitchen doesn't have anything except salt. The bed linen could have been a bit more modern

The view from balcony was simply stunning. If you come by car, this place is great, as it is located in a private, supervised area where you can easily and securely part your car. The apartment was well equipped.

The bed in the smaller room was not the best.

Exceptional

This apartment was lovely, clean, and came with a gorgeous view. I really appreciated being able to bring my sweet pup. Paolo was very kind and friendly.

It was quite warm at night so one more fan would be make it perfect. Also, we could connect to the wifi but there was never any internet. This is only minor but makes it hard to look up restaurants, beaches and hikes. Overall it wasn't really that much of an issue and we assumed it had been turned off during COVID.

Gesicherte Wohngegend, wunderschöne Aussicht und gute Lage für Ausflüge mit dem eigenen Auto

Gesicherte und gepflegte Wohngegend mit reichlich Parkplätzen vor der Tür. Traumhafte Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer-Balkon auf die Bucht von Rapallo und das weite Meer. Man kann bis nach Sestri-Levante sehen. Im Schlafzimmer gab es ein Riesenfenster mit der selben wundervollen Aussicht. 2 Badezimmer, 2 Schlafzimmer und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit gemütlicher Couch machten den Aufenthalt für uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern sehr angenehm. In der Küche war alles was man braucht. Mit dem Warmwasser und der Waschmaschine haben wir uns anfangs trotz guter Beschreibung vom Gastgeber ein bisschen Blöd angestellt, aber der Kontakt über WhatsApp war schnell und es war auch schnell jemand persönlich da. Alles funktionierte Einwandfrei! Von hier aus hat man eine gute Lage um den östlichen Teil Liguriens mit dem eigenen Auto zu Erkunden. Supermarkt mit Parkplatz 5min mit dem Auto die Straße runter. Camogli, Rapallo, Santa Margherita und Portofino schnell zu erreichen. Nach Genua ca. 35min in die Innenstadt. Sestri-Levant ca. 30min. Von hier aus kann man mit dem Zug Cinque Terre erkunden. Mit dem Auto nach Monterosso al Mare 1:10 h (von da aus 4min mit dem Zug nach Vernazza). Nach Riomaggiore (an La Spezia vorbei) 1:25 h. Von da aus 15min mit dem Auto nach Manarola. Verpassen Sie nicht den schönen Ort Porto Venere ca. 1:30 h

Es war eine tolle Zeit in schöner italienischer Atmosphäre!

Der Blick vom Balkon ist gigantisch- die Bucht, die schönen italienischen Gebäude, die südländischen Pflanzen… einfach traumhaft! Die Räumlichkeiten sind hell, nett eingerichtet und großzügig! Der Ort ist sehr authentisch italienisch, kein Touristen Rummel!

Leider funktionierte das warme Wasser nicht. Der Verwalter war sehr bemüht, die Firma kam am letzten Tag vor der Abreise, ohne Erfolg. Es wurde eine Entschädigung mitgeteilt, das ist eine gute Lösung. (Ich hoffe, diese wird bezahlt.)

La propreté: infestation de fourmis dans la cuisine, incluant le frigo. Lit de la chambre principale avec une mousse mémoire ne compense pas un bon matelas. Les 52 marches pour accéder au logement ne sont pas annoncées. Absence d’une vraie table dans la salle de séjour.

Eccezionale

Casa spettacolare, bellissima la posizione e la vista mare sia dalla stanza che dalla sala principale. Soggiorno perfetto.... Consiglio solo di aggiungere qualche elemento in più in cucina (pentole per l induzione, coltelli che tagliano) e di sostituire la ventola del bagno un po' rumorosa. Per il resto tutto top.
