House by the sea (access to 50 meters) completely renovated in 2019 and equipped.
Sea view from dining-living room and bedroom (see photos).
Located in absolute calm, near Port Louis and its citadel, hiking trails and public transport (batobus to Lorient).
Garden and pleasant terrace with garden furniture and permanent barbecue.

House clean and comfortable. Michele and Serge v helpful. Location good and plenty to do. Only downside we read 2 bathrooms so expected 2 toilets but only 1 which was not ideal. Enjoyed our holiday.

The property is in a great location for the sea and especially for water sports, coastal walking or sitting on the beach. The downstairs has a been given a very modern remodelling with a good kitchen set up. It has a utility room which is well equipped Upstairs has 3 large bedrooms Overall the property is spacious. There is a lovely large private garden with sun deck. The BBQ was a little fiddly The village is well placed for ferries to Port Louis and other close towns. We were low season so eating out meant going to Port Louis at night. Cargo is a good choice in the village as it’s on the harbour too but do book to avoid disappointment.

Das Haus war toll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Die Terrasse war groß und eine Grillstation war auch vorhanden. Eine Toilette fehlte halt im 1.Stock, ansonsten war alles da.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette région magnifique. La location est très agréable, Mr Blin prêt à donner des conseils touristiques et particulièrement accueillant. La proximité de la plage et de balades correspondaient à nos attentes. Île de Groix magnifique. Location que je conseille vivement.

Maison fonctionnelle au calme., tres adaptée aux randonneurs. Avec un bébé de moins de 2 ans, une voiture sur place nous aurait facilité nos déplacements Très bon accueil de la part de monsieur Blin le propriétaire qui fournit toutes les informations pratiques pendant le séjour. Nous avons passé une journée magnifique sur l'île de Croix accessible depuis port louis. Nous préconisons cette location.

Nous recommandons vivement cette location. La maison est bien rénovée, très propre et surtout bénéficiant d'une localisation au top !!! Elle est située dans une impasse donc c'est très calme, la mer est à deux pas. Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !!!
