Triplex house with garden in Port louis(56) 50 m from the Lohic beaches and 300 m from the center of an authentic village with all amenities. Facing the ramparts of Port Louis, this house welcomes you on 3 levels: a ground floor with a fitted kitchen opening onto a terrace with barbecue and a large south-facing lawn area; upstairs, a bedroom, a second fitted kitchen and a comfortable living room with a wide sea view; downstairs, 2 bedrooms and a large terrace facing the sea.
Ground floor with fitted summer kitchen, shower room and WC, terrace and lawned garden. Second floor with sea view, equipped kitchen, living room with TV, bedroom with TV and toilet. Second floor with two bedrooms with TV, one with sea-view terrace and summer lounge. The house is located just behind the ramparts of the Vauban citadel. A 50 m walk takes you through the Porte de la Poterne under the ramparts to the beach in complete safety. Perfect for children, with its coves, sand, promenade and typical Breton environment. In the surrounding area, you can take the shuttle bus to visit the islands of Belle Ile and Groix, the little sea of Gavres and its protected nature reserve, the harbor of Lorient and its Tabarly museum. Shuttle service during the Lorient Interceltic Festival in August. Clear, fish-filled sea, ideal for swimming, fishing and a change of scenery. You can safely store your beach gear, fishing equipment, bicycles, etc. in the house's private courtyard. Depending on the length of your stay and if you have a boat under 5.50 m, we can lend you a mooring buoy afloat in the bay
