About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency offers this charming house with sea views for rent in Port-Louis, 50 m from the beach, with a surface area of 150 m² and capacity for up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 45 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with showers) and a garden of around 20 m². Wi-Fi, sheets and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!

On the ground floor:
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160x200)
- An office area
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
On the first floor:
- A 45 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs, and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stove, and more
- A separate toilet
On the second floor:
- Bedroom 3 and 4: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, crib, plancha grill, dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 20 m² enclosed private courtyard.
- A 15 m² terrace on the first floor with sea views and furniture for enjoying sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Port-Louis, in a very pleasant setting. You will find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, and more.
