Whether you have a car or not, we invite you to stay in this charming seaside town. The natural surroundings (numerous coastal trails, a bird sanctuary, and more) and the nearby city (Lorient, accessible by water bus) offer a variety of activities.
The townhouse is ideally located in the center of town, on a quiet street with all amenities within walking distance (shops, bus stops). The Locmiquelic marina is a 500-meter walk away. Take the bus to the pier to catch the water bus (every 30 minutes) to Lorient. From there, you can take a boat from Lorient to spend a day on the island of Groix.
Swimming is possible less than a 10-minute walk from the house. The largest beaches are 5 km away. A variety of activities for your enjoyment: local markets, beachcombing, swimming, water sports, hiking, bike rides, the Interceltic Festival...
Accommodation for 6 people.
Access to the living area is via a staircase. You’ll enter a foyer leading to a kitchen that opens onto a living room and a lounge. The living room opens onto a terrace with access to the garden (500 m²). The entryway also leads to a bedroom (160x200 bed), a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, there is a mezzanine (reading/play area), two bedrooms—one with a 160x200 bed and the other with two 80x200 beds—and a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. Two reserved parking spaces in front of the house’s garages. You can park your car in one of the garages (locked garage) and store your bicycles there.
TV without a set-top box. No Wi-Fi
No additional cleaning fees. We also ask guests to leave the property clean and tidy.
