The location is excellent with blue water in a walking distance jbr walk literally outside but traffic gets really bad and this place can get super crowded on the weekend and on holidays. The balcony view is nice but the balcony is filled with bird poop and nobody bothers to clean it up and its just built up a lot over time.

This particular unit was in completely dismal rundown condition and definitely not worth the money Master tub drain blocked, 2nd bath Handheld shower pipe was leaking, furniture is scratched/chipped and in generally run down condition and the unit stinked (which higuests tried to brush off saying oh the AC must be off) Also higuests, the mgmt company is decent but unorrganized. They didn't give me clear check-in instructions, I had to message them on WhatsApp multiple times, they don't tell you that for any maintenance you need to be in the property ahead of time because this all requires planning, i am not renting the unit to stay in there all day so i can't be available at their specific hours. I would rate them a five out of 10. Booking the unit is a difficult process because you need to scan everybody's passports and send them passport copies on whatsapp for check-in, give passports again to building security and also pay a security deposit and they charge extra 15 USD as processing fee nonrefundable. This is all not mentioned ahead of time so renting this unit was a much bigger hassle than a hotel check-in.

The employees were not responsive to my check in inquires they kept telling me they were going to come at a certain time but did not shop up one of the blankets had a stain on it the apartment was not cleaned properly beforehand

You won't regret it!! Its my best experience

Everything, literally everything. Would have given them 10000 if it is possible!! They took care of everything from A-Z. I just had to reach the venue to get the keys from their agent who was waiting for us. Everything was prepared ahead of time even before our check-in date. The response rate is extremely high, and I had an Internet issue that got resolved in less than 2 minutes. The agent was contacting me frequently to see if he could be of any help but they have already covered everything I'd ever wanted. As a summary I would put their service at par with 7 stars hotels, and I have experience on that!

Exceptional

We were expecting not so impressive views but ended up having incredible views of JBR beach, AIN Dubai and The Palm. Apartment number 3405 had a balcony looking straight at AIN Dubai and JBR beach. Bedroom windows had amazing views too. Great setup for 4 persons with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and well equipped. Also nice for 6 persons with one sofa bed. Very large living room. Kitchen well equipped with everything. We even had water bottles waiting for us. There is a 24/7 shop 10m from building entrance and that is great we arrived at 2am hungry and tired and could buy everything there. Pharmacy next door is great too. JBR beach 150m from building. WiFi is OK but not great. Washing machine is a great bonus.

We arrived in the middle of the night and finding the building itself and the apartment was not easy. I would have appreciated more details with photos on how to get there. The bathrooms are OK, but could use new tiles and maybe at least one shower instead of bath (it had two slightly inconvenient bathtubs). Some elevator problems first day there, but this is common in Dubai's huge 50+ floor buildings.

مع الأسف كان الصور تختلف عن الواقع . حيث أن الأثاث قديم جدا ومتهالك . كذلك كنا لانستطيع النوم بالنهار لوجود أعمال صيانة وتكسير وأصوات معدات مزعجة جدا بالشقه العلوية وتكلمت مع المؤجر لكنه لم يتجاوب معنا . كذلك قام المالك بفرض رسوم تأمين قبل أن أسكن بواقع الف ريال سعودي وهذا الشرط لم يكن موجود مسبقا . في الحقيقة الموقع فقط هو المميز
