離東大門夜市很近，可預約免費停車位。
房間門鎖太簡單了只有水平門把鎖，連防盜鏈都沒有。沒有電梯，樓梯有點窄扛行李不方便走。

近全聯 東大門 成功炸雞 廟口紅茶 公正包子 加油站 入住前可以預定停車位（樓下）
房間偏小，一個人的話住小型雙人房剛好 兩個成人還是大型雙人房空間比較夠 浴室沒有乾濕分離 馬桶座位偏高 每層都有一個共用飲水機跟冰箱 有咖啡包但沒攪拌棒XD 以上問題，還是不會掩蓋這間民宿CP值很高的優點
