住宿離市中心的酒店都很近 夏天走一兩分鐘就可以吃到公正包子、五分鐘內可以到夜市很方便 靠近鬧區晚上吃東西走路十分鐘幾乎都可以到 車位是民宿下騎樓 機車坐墊不會燙傷屁股 汽車不怕曬 房間內冷氣蠻快就涼了 浴室熱水充足有對外窗曬泳衣很快乾通風良好 房間內的床很好睡 軟硬適中 也有電視但只能看數位頻道 有大的對外窗採光很好 隔音尚可不會被吵醒

離東大門夜市很近，可預約免費停車位。
房間門鎖太簡單了只有水平門把鎖，連防盜鏈都沒有。沒有電梯，樓梯有點窄扛行李不方便走。
