花蓮椰風時尚民宿

The room was very clean and bigger than expected. The hostess is very nice and tried her best to communicate with us. The location is great. Walking distance from the station night market and good restaurants to try the local cuisine.

No English speakers. No signs in English. No instructions on how to check in. Checkout instructions was written in only Chinese. Pillows are stiff. Poor sound proofing. We were not told that there would be construction happening on the building during the day. We wanted to sleep in on our last morning the noise made that impossible. It was definitely loud enough to cause hearing damage without protection. The room has the only access to the water heater. Were we not awake we would have been woken up so that the hostess could change the gas tank. We were not informed of this ahead of time.

Good location~ it is between the train station and triangle city center. There are lots of good restaurants & food stalls nearby. The host provides bikes so it is easy to approach anywhere. Room, toilet, and public area are all clean.

The room is next to the kitchen on the first floor. If you are sensitive to the sounds, this room is not suitable for you. The room is smaller than we expected originally.... but not a big problem for us...

The owner was not seen when he checked in. I waited more than 20 minutes, and there was no way to contact me because I could not make an overseas call. Fortunately, the owner was living on the fourth floor. The owner is a kind personality but she do not speak English well. Compared to price, room was wide and bed was fluffy. The location is a 15 minute walk from the station main gate and close to the city center.

The disadvantage is that the cleaning condition is the worst. There was a lot of dust on the first floor living room fan, and the fan in the room was dusty. At the bottom of the room there were some hair of somebody. I was not feeling well. I would like you to find out why the next guest(Your) is not cleaning.
