房間非常乾淨、裝潢可愛。服務人員很親切,電視遙控器無法轉台,有很快處理。在花蓮文創園區旁,鄰近鬧區但不會吵,附近可用餐店家多,民宿一樓可自由泡咖啡、茶,加飲用水。
入住的301號房是統舖放2個單人床,但靠窗的床在冷氣正下方,冷氣需開4個小時後才稍感覺有涼,建議要有一台電扇輔助,或更動兩個床的位置。離火車站有一段距離。
