The location was good. An easy 11 min bus ride from the train station, lots of shops and restaurants nearby, an 8 minute walk to the night market. The room was one of the biggest we had during our 3 wk stay in Taiwan. It was clean and the bathroom was nice, too. Fridge, bottled water, TV, all included as well. No breakfast or common area.
Just an fyi. The homestay is located above a lottery ticket sales shop, so you have to pay attention to the address or you might walk right past it. Because the 1st floor is a shop, subsequent entries into the homestay have to be done from the back of the bldg. When we arrived, we just walked into the shop and the store proprietor quickly led us to the back and behind a curtain where we filled out the paperwork, got keys, were shown where the back entrance was, etc.

No breakfast was provided. The location was very convenient in the center of the city. Room was basic with a mattress on the floor, small refrigerator, no chairs, clean bathroom. The hotel recommended a driver and tour guide for a one-day tour of Toroko Gorge, which was excellent.

床的部分感覺沒有洗乾淨，很多肉眼可見的毛屑，本身剛好易過敏，躺上後大過敏
