Colosseum / Panisperna Nina apartament with terrace

Wonderful location in a lively neighborhood so if you’re looking for quiet this probably isn’t for you. It’s literally in the center of Roma in Monti. It’s walking distance to the colosseum and Trevi Fountain… everything else is around a 20 euro taxi away. The apartment is perfect for couples and singles. Three restaurants are right by it along with tiny store and gelato shop. Lots of restaurants near by in this authentic Italian neighborhood. I’d definitely stay here again as the location is great. Keep in mind it’s a small apartment one bed and pull out … no laundry onsite but a laundry mat is a 2 min walk away from the unit. Loved it be back soon

Very nice

Let’s start with the Pro’s. Great value and would recommend for a couple or single. This location is amazing! It’s on a lively street with great places to eat and a market nearby. Walking distance to attractions and public scooters if you like them. Has a nice little terrace for cooler weather. The property owner was quick to respond to questions which was nice. She was nice enough to let us check in early as well. Now the Bad. The main reason I’m giving this overall 3 stars is because, this is NOT two bedrooms. It’s not even one bedroom. This is a Studio, falsely advertised as a two bedroom. The king bed is separated from the main room but with a big archway, not a door. What they are calling the second bedroom is a sofa sleeper in the living area near the kitchen sink, you can see it in the pic. This would be cute and fine if it were advertised as such, a studio. One other thing, and this is probably the case in most flats downtown in July, the AC could not keep up with the heat. It’s a place to sleep in an awesome location with small restroom/shower. If they would just change the description, I would still call this a good place with a great value for the area, even though it is a studio. To the owners, please re title the listing to be accurate. This is a Studio Apartment/Flat.
