TSUKI House

Tsuki House is truly lovely. The apartment is very spacious, with high ceilings and is very clean. It looks like it has been recently renovated and it's been done to a very high standard. The kitchen is well-stocked and there are many places to eat. We ordered from "Cindy Pizzeria Napoletana" which we would highly recommend. Very close to the airport, but it was not too loud. Very relaxed quiet suburban area. Felt safe. The balconies are huge and there's so much space. Allessandro could not have been more helpful. Very proactive and quick to reply, He is also very friendly. He even helped us book a taxi to the airport (which only took 10-15 minutes). We booked this place for one night because it was close to the airport and we were very pleasantly surprised.

I will preface this by saying that I believe this was mostly our fault: When we left, the gate to the complex was locked. Because we had left the keys in the kitchen and the door automatically locks, we were unable to retrieve the keys to unlock the gate and ended up trapped in the courtyard. We eventually rang the host who helped us find a hidden grey light switch that opened the gate. This wasn't very clear, and could be avoided by having a lockbox by the front door for the keys. I must stress - the host was very helpful and the mishap was mostly our fault. We do really appreciate that he was so helpful at such an early time (we were leaving at 4am for an early flight), but we wanted to mention it because it highlights the need for a lockbox. Otherwise, the place is genuinely perfect.

A lovely spacious apartment with separate rooms, tastefully decorated, comfortable and well equipped. Great position for anyone walking the Via Francigena Sud.
