A gorgeous place with a homely environment with all the essentials that are needed. The rooms were spacious and could hold more people than us (5 members). The air conditioning was a life saver also.

Only thing to say is there was no kettle but there was a coffee machine so it worked out well.

Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend the place.

The apartment was perfect for our group of five. There were plenty of beds, which made our stay very comfortable, and the breakfast snacks provided were a convenient touch.

The only downside was that the bathroom door needs fixing, as it didn’t close properly and caused some inconvenience.

Good Stay + Parking horror

1. The size of the apartment. 2. The proximity to shops and restaurants. 3. The facilities inside the apartment and the cleanliness.

1. The outdoor Garage facility arranged by the property (which I paid 30 Euros for 3 nights separately) where bottom part of my car was damaged badly and now I need to spend few hundreds of Euros. There is a big metallic protrusion at the entrance of the garage and the asphalt has completely worn off, due to which the car goes down and hits the metallic plates. There were auto repair shops on either sides of the garage entry and this may be an act of deliberate vandalism to force us to visit the auto repair shops. 2. The address cannot be exactly recognized by Google maps and it is a very small busy road, where you cannot stop and search for the address either, thankfully the cleaning lady was standing and somehow located us and helped us in. 3. The stairs to the apartment was a bit steep, my in-laws had some issues climbing up, once you are in, all good. 4. The breakfast options did not include any protein, only toasted bread, milk, packaged cakes, biscuits, coffee and Yoghurt. I myself bought egg and cold meat slices, I think they are quite cheap, so adding them by default would not have been a big deal..:-)

A great value for money accommodation perfect for hosting a big family or group of friends.

A spacious and well- equipped apartment right between the center and train station with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. They also left us breakfast items. The host was very kind and went out of his way to help us and he communicated with us immediately each time we asked a question.

Fantastic accommodation for families and groups

Frascati, a suburb away from Rome and an apartment here is best suited for bit stress & crowds away from Rome. I would recommend this apartment esp for families (it can accommodate more than 8 people in three bed rooms) and groups. The apartment location is 5 mins away from Frascati station and 5 mins away from Frascati Cathedral. The apartment is super clean and even our queries were answered appropriately by the great host "Giancula". The parking is available at 10 EUR per day and with regular trains (duration of 30mins to Roma Termini) and its a stress free at this apartment. Bonus is there is a fantastic restaurant downstairs and there are tons of restaurants in down town with great views of Rome. Also you can catch a sunset with a walk around station. Besides, the Nescafe espresso machine and the capsules were one of the best.

Break-fast could have been better, if possible with famous Italian cheese and with some fresh bread. It makes sense to have more European adapters to enable charging of cell phones, (Italy some how has different plug points :))

The apartment is located on a main road and there are many cars pass through and it is a little noisy.

The apartment is conveniently located and equipped with all the necessary tools for kitchen and bathroom. There are a lot of food and drinks for the guests. The owner is very nice and responsive.

Walking distance to city center and train station. The supermarket very close. The apartment is spacious.

Short stay in Frascati

Everything! There's nothing not to like in the property. The property has all needed from heating (air conditioning system included), to a well equipped kitchen, good wifi connection, and spacious bedrooms. The property has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (rather small but ok for daily life). There's a near by supermarket, as well as restaurants, bars and stores. The train station (Frascati) is about 7-10 min walking and if you're going to LNF it is about 20-25 min walking.

The property does not have an elevator, which might be a problem for some people with some disabilities. In any case, the property is on a 1st floor which is ok even if you're carrying lot of luggage. If you're bringing car it might be difficult to park close to the property. The property is not completely soundproof, as I could here the cars crossing the street just below and two of the rooms on the top floor (as it is a duplex style property). Despite these remarks (none of which are major concerns), I will be returning here as I love the property and the owners are super friendly and helpful!
