We have stayed here before and knew what we were coming to and would return again! This is by far the best villa within the country houses as it has its own sun terrace and overlooks the swimming pool. Lovely and quiet as well
Probably the distance from the town as it is a very steep walk back up! However we asked the hotel across the road called Park Graziolli if we could use their shuttle bus and they said yes at a cost of 20€ for 6 of us down then same back which was a great bonus. It would be helpful if the staff at the country houses told guests that they can arrange this with the hotel as you can’t get a taxi after 8pm from Frascati

Beautiful location, superb swimming pool, generous host and very well equipped property - throughly enjoyed our stay
Found property entrance difficult to find as name not on gate.

Very clean and well equipped apartment.
Pool is some 200-300m away from the property, which became as a surprise. Pool itself was clean and well taken care of.
