Great location, friendly welcoming owner but the linen and towels were poor quality.

Great location. Shopping centre over the road. Easy drive to Stirling Castle and Wallace Monument. James the owner met us at the flat and showed us around. We did have a problem with our booking but he was able to get it sorted out for us which we appreciated.

The towels are very worn out and need to be replaced with larger better quality towels. The bed linen also looked tired. The flat could do with a professional paint job.

Convenient location, but dated - and pack ear plugs for road noise

The location for visiting Stirling was very convenient. The flat was spacious enough for our group of 4. Beds were comfortable. Communication with the owner was timely - we didn't arrive in time to meet in person, so he left the keys for us in a hidden spot with comprehensive and accurate directions. Wi-fi was adequate.

The flat could use some freshening up - several items were broken, including window shades. Happily, the beds were comfortable, but the other furniture is dated and cheaply made (as of July 2025). The kitchen had minimal utensils and dishware. The carpet was quite dirty. The worst part was that, although the location was convenient for visiting the Wallace Monument, Stirling Castle, and other attractions, it is right across from the Co-op food store on a busy road, so the early morning noise was quite loud as because the back of the flat faced the road directly. Some investment in fixing existing issues, some new furniture, and noise reducing honeycomb shades would make stays here much more pleasant.

Nice place to catch your breath

Great location close to tourist attractions . Would have been nice to stay a couple of nights spacious nice kitchen washing machine felt more homey than a motel room . Two bedroom two bathroom so ideal to share . Good Parking Lift wasn’t working which was the only disappointing part .

Spacious basic flat in good location

The flat was very spacious , Little supermarket opposite and within walking distance to the town and castle.

Lovely flat. Obviously the owner takes a great deal of pride in its presentation.

The flat was beautiful. We have travelled quite a bit and I think this is the best place we have stayed at. It was spotlessly clean, spacious and very roomy. First floor but had a lift so no trouble getting all our luggage up. Very handy that it had a washer/dryer. Great value, but I think our rate was lower than usual - maybe because we booked on the day. Just lucky it was available.

Holiday stay

1st class accommodation, very impressed with everything about this apartment, all facilities provided and very clean, this place is in a fantastic spot in stirling and to relax in the lounge looking out of the window at the great william Wallace monument you can't get better than that, highly recommend this beautiful place to stay in stirling, there is a shop and eating places close by and only a 5 minute drive to visit the great stirling castle and city centre also plenty of places to park, my next visit to stirling from my home town in North yorkshire I will be staying at fabulous flat.

Found the flat clean, well equipped, restful, tastefully but simply decorated and would recommend to others.

Spacious, light and airy with full wheelchair access. It’s not actually in Stirling but in the lovely Bridge of Allan which is just over the bridge from Stirling. Stirling University is close by for parents to stay in on visits. We had a bedroom each with comfortable beds and a great night’s sleep. Highly recommend.

There wasn’t anything we disliked. Shops nearby, lift to all floors - would stay there again.
