Relaxed cottage break

Really friendly reception on arrival. Shown to our accommodation which was lovely and spacious for us (2 couples). Great hot tub with robes provided. Lovely bright big bedrooms with large comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen suitable for our needs.

Nothing negative to say. We had a great stay.

The Cottage was comfortable & clean & the hot tub was very nice.

The location was part of a caravan site & the windows at the rear were all obscure glass as they overlooked a concrete yard. The front windows & doors looked out onto a paved & gravel area with high panelled fencing so no nice views. The cottage lacked coffee making equipment ie Filter or Cafetier. & there was no hair drier.

Amazing cottage, excellent facilities and even better staff!

Everything at the cottage was perfect, the hot tub amazing, beds comfy, everywhere was spotlessly clean and everything we needed was there for us. Nothing was too much trouble, we even mentioned wanting some eggs and the owners of the farm (I assume) went off to get us some eggs from their chickens and delivered them to our door within half an hour! A special mention to the staff members (a man and lady) who’s names escape us (sorry) who were amazing, they never seemed to stop working and would have been there for anything we needed, they were full of local knowledge or just a friendly smile and casual chat on how our days went when passing! Thank you so much!

Great place to stay for anyone

lovely place to relax in, had such a fun time! Owners are absolutely lovely and we’re very very helpful, would 100% stay here again!

the hot tub would go cold after around 2 hours which was slightly annoying as we had to get out and wait another 2/3 hours for it to heat back up.

Excellent break.

Hot tub, fireplace, upstairs bedrooms, spacious cottage, privacy, well equipped kitchen, washing machine. Beach that was so close to the cottage, only 40mins away..It was such a lovely stay with the family, thank you.

Too many flies inside the house and the smell from the cows. Also, sofas were not that comfortable.

Lovely cottage and amazing hot tub

The cottage was beautiful! It was lovely and clean and had everything you need for a lovely break. The hot tub was amazing too!

There were loads of flys in the cottage, which I appreciate is because it is located on a working farm, however they were slightly irritating, especially when trying to watch the TV!

We enjoyed our holiday but a couple of little things would have made it better

Hot tub. Comfortable beds, good kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, plenty of hot water and a good shower

Too close to cow shed, smell was very unpleasant, no view from the garden only an ugly fence, sofa was very uncomfortable, additional garden furniture would be a welcome addition.

We came to relax and we really did. Lovely cottage and wonderfully surroundings.

Everything was just as we expected, the cottage was very clean and had everything we needed, the host was very friendly and welcoming and we loved the hot tub.

We would have liked an upstairs toilet.

Nice cottage

Cosy cottage. Extremely well kitted out with everything. Beautiful large comfortable bed. Nice and warm. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and were kindly left a bottle of cava by the hosts.

The terrible smell from the cows over the fence. Unfortunately put us off using the hot tub as much as we would have liked.

Beautiful farm cottage

Clean, comfortable, had everything we needed except a hair dryer. My fault I should have realised it wasn’t listed and i didn’t take one. Lots of showers because we made good use of the lovely hot tub so i needed a hair dryer. Having a dishwasher was lovely as well. As a farm girl i loved hearing the calves mooing in the mornings.

We had an issue with the boiler first night but this was sorted for us quickly.

Welcome was good, clean, good shower room

I scrutinized the information twice to find out the checkout time - no information, so I went to the reception and office 3 times to ask when checkout was but it was always unmanned so we were very surprised when the owner got irritated when we were still there at 10.30am. Rather drab decor. Poor WiFi.
