Syntagma private sweet safe double rooms with shared bathroom

Very easy to get everywhere. Metro is 5 min walk and shops are round the corner. Great to get to as well from the airport with the bus X95 which is only €5.5 as well. Rooms very spacious and comfortable. Very big fridge to store food and drinks.

The communication of the owner could be clearer and friendlier. A little hello/thank you has never harmed anyone. Entering the flat can be tricky as the keys you get outside the flat are to open the door of the building but also to enter the flat (even though the instructions are really insisting on you putting them back asap in the box).

Ideal location - close to all the important sites, public transport, site seeing buses and metro station. You have a direct bus X95 going to the airport 24 hrs.

Amazing location - nearby I recommend you visit yogolab for Greek frozen yoghurt, street souvlaki for cheap but delicious gyros, cine Paris for an open air cinema and Brezzos for a liqueur or honey tasting. The room and facilities were clean.

Complicated process to get inside and the keys were tricky to use, another guest during my stay got the key stuck in the front door and I can’t blame her.

We really can't relate to the many excellent reviews. We had the feeling we were inside an escape room without our consent, trying to follow the thousands instructions for every single thing. Getting in the apartment was the first challenge, finding the key box and understanding what was the message we should follow, since we got about ten messages and also different box codes! Then inside the apartment at every corner post-it notes with instructions, some of them saying to read the instructions (!). To take a shower you have to turn on the boiler (of course following the instructions on the walls) and wait 15 to 20 minutes. Not welcoming at all.
