Location, style, responsiveness..cool small balcony. Very nicely done!

75 stone steps up a steep spiral staircase with no hand rail.. and lights still on a short while.. cool but could be hazardous!

The location of this property is outstanding! Everything is a 5–10 minute walk away including Plaka, the Acropolis and metro stations. The inside is meticulously clean and the air conditioning works like a dream!

Great location - I could walk to most of the sights. A little basket of breakfast things were there on my arrival and the apartment was very clean and comfortable.

The lift in the building was very old and so I avoided it. Climbing the stairs was good exercise though.

Conveniently located near Syntagma Square, within easy walking distance of most major sites in Athens and close to public transport. There is a lift in building and apartment was well equipped and spacious.

We had no internet for our entire stay. When we contacted the host, they already knew about the issue but hadn’t informed us in advance. They said it would be fixed, but it never was. We were asked to leave our only set of keys in a lockbox so a technician could enter, presumably unsupervised to the apartment — when questioned about security concerns with this arrangement no response from host. The internet and coordination with a technician is something the hosts should have been able to manage without involving guests. Different staff members also gave conflicting information about the situation. A partial compensation was offered but never processed; we had to contact Booking.com to intervene before receiving any sort of response. The apartment had poor soundproofing — on weekends, loud music from the restaurant or club next door can be clearly heard. Access also requires three separate bulky keys, which is cumbersome, and the doorway lights switch off quickly, making entry difficult. The shared front entrance was littered with rubbish, including uneaten food that remained there for days. Although there is a lift, the apartment is not entirely step free, you have a go up a flight of stairs before you get to the lift. Honestly plent of better options in Athens.
