Nah am Deich
Auf dem Fußboden waren leider noch Sand und Haare.

Große, helle Wohnung, sauber, schönes, hochwertiges Mobiliar, gute Lage für Norddeich, zwei Etagen und zwei Badezimmer gut bei drei Generationen.
Treppenhaus sehr dunkel durch dunkle Treppenstufen, Beleuchtung nicht ausreichend hell, Bewegungsmelder springt bei Hinuntergehen zu spät an, schwierig für Ü-70 Gäste. Es fehlt leider Spüli. Nicht möglich, kurz etwas per Hand abzuwaschen. Nur ein Parkplatz pro Wohnung. Bei Vermieten von Wohnung für 5-6 Personen und zwei Autos sehr schwierige Parksituation in Norddeich. Alle Parkplätze im Ort kostenpflichtig.

Eine sehr moderne und mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattete Wohnung, mit herrlichem Blick in die Weite und oben mit Blick auf Norddeich Hafen
Die durch einen Wasserschaden im Nebenhaus bedingte Geruchsbelästigung, die aber bestimmt bald behoben sein wird.
